A 56-year-old man was killed, and his 54-year-old wife suffered right sided paralysis when their car was struck in the rear by a semi tractor trailer on a Chicago highway. The wife is now partially paralyzed on her right side and has cognitive limitations involving areas of concentration, attention, memory and performing multiple tasks.
