Matthew Passen was recently selected by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company to its 2015 list of “Emerging Lawyers.” This distinction is reserved for less than two percent of all lawyers licensed to practice law in Illinois.
Emerging lawyers are all under the age of 40 or have been practicing law for ten years or less. Attorneys cannot buy the distinction of being an Emerging Lawyer; rather, they are selected based on reviews of other attorneys.
Mr. Passen was no doubt selected based on his track record of success in the courtroom, most recently with back-to-back seven figure recoveries for his clients at trial in April and May 2015.
